ArtWorks, in partnership with the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC), is excited to announce a new Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for artists to design a large-scale mural for the Whex Garage at 212 W. 4th Street, located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati.
This commission is part of a two-phase design process that will begin with an RFQ and expand to a stipend-based Request for Proposals (RFP) for three semi-finalists. One of those artists will ultimately be selected as the project finalist to complete the final mural design.
This is an exciting opportunity to leave a lasting creative mark on the city’s skyline while contributing to a vibrant public art legacy that reflects the spirit of convergence, collaboration, and community.
