Join ArtWorks and the Price Hill CRC to celebrate the completion of Sunflowers on Friday, June 21 from 3:30–5:30 p.m. at the Price Hill Recreation Center (959 Hawthorne Avenue).
Designed by Lizzy DuQuette, Sunflowers celebrates the happiness and satisfaction that comes from gathering with community to enjoy recreational activities. It borrows inspiration from the vibrancy of the neighborhood and community garden, nature, folk art, and illustration. Throughout the mural, viewers can see sunflowers, birds, and bees ultimately encouraging our community to engage with the space while creating a connection to the neighborhood.
